Solvetus — Omnia solūta
Accessibility statement
Last updated: 6 September 2026
We want solvetus.com to work for everyone, whatever way you browse. This statement sets out our conformance claim, how we checked it, what we have not yet checked, and how to tell us about a barrier.
Conformance claim
- Date of claim
- 6 September 2026
- Conformance level
- AA
- Scope
- All pages of https://solvetus.com, in all five languages
- Technologies relied upon
- HTML, CSS, SVG and JavaScript
Conformance status
This website conforms to WCAG 2.2, level AA, within the scope stated above.
This claim is ours alone: it has not been verified by the W3C nor by an independent accessibility auditor. The logo beside the claim is the W3C's conformance logo, used under the terms the W3C sets for self-declared claims; it is not a certification. Known limitations are listed below.
Measures taken
- Full keyboard operation with a predictable focus order, a visible focus indicator in both themes, and a skip link to the main content.
- Colour contrast checked in the light and dark themes, for text and for non-text elements such as field borders, the focus ring and icons.
- Semantic HTML: landmarks, hierarchical headings, lists, and labelled form fields with announced error messages.
- Reduced-motion preference honoured — entrance animations are disabled when it is set.
- Reflow down to 320 px wide with no loss of content or function and no horizontal scrolling.
- No auto-playing content and no time limits.
How we checked
- Automated axe-core evaluation against the WCAG 2.2 A and AA rule set, on one page of every template, in the light and dark themes, at desktop, phone and 320 px widths — run before every release.
- A reflow probe at 320 px and a keyboard walk through the whole focus order in both directions, checking that the focused element is never hidden behind fixed headers.
- The accessibility tree — landmarks, headings, link and field names, announced states — compared against a committed reference on every release.
- Focus-indicator contrast computed from the design tokens against every page background in both themes, failing below 3.1:1, on every build.
- Text-column width checked at five widths, and every deployment checked automatically for console errors and third-party requests.
- Colour contrast over decorative gradients, text spacing and the reduced-motion behaviour checked by hand.
No external audit has been carried out. The site has not yet been tested with a screen reader (VoiceOver, NVDA or TalkBack); the checks above are automated and keyboard-based and do not replace that test.
Known limitations
Screen readers: accessible names, landmarks and form messages have been verified by automated tools and by reading the code, not through real screen-reader use. A pass with VoiceOver and NVDA is planned; this statement changes when it is done.
Report a barrier

About this statement
This statement was prepared on 6 September 2026 by the people who build the site, based on the checks described above. It is reviewed whenever the site changes materially — the date and the method change with every new check; the claim changes only if it stops being true.
