Sovereign Self-Hosting

Your business doesn't have to rent itself to a US hyperscaler. We stand up your own private cloud on a VPS you own — open-source services for access, collaboration, analytics, identity and backups — installed, secured, updated and watched by one accountable partner.

Think of it as your in-house IT department, without the headcount: a sovereign stack on infrastructure you control, in five languages, out of reach of foreign legislation like the US CLOUD Act.

Who it's for

  • SMEs that want the capability of an in-house IT department without the headcount.
  • Businesses uneasy about their data, email and tools living inside US clouds.
  • Founders and teams who want to own their stack — no per-seat lock-in, no surprise re-pricing.

How an engagement works

  1. Audit & plan

We map what you run today, where your data sits, and the sovereign stack that replaces it — starting from a free sovereignty audit.

  2. Provision

We set up your VPS — your account, your ownership — with the deploy backbone, reverse proxy, TLS and SSO.

  3. Deploy & migrate

We install each service, migrate your data, and wire single sign-on across the stack.

  4. Run & hand over

Backups, monitoring and updates on a schedule, plus documentation you fully own. Optional managed care, or we hand you the keys.

Frequently asked questions

Do I own the server and the data?

Yes — fully. The VPS is in your account (or your own hardware), the services run on it, and we hand over clean documentation. No lock-in and no hostage situations. We can run it for you, or hand you the keys.

Isn't self-hosting risky or hard to maintain?

That's exactly what we take off your plate. We install to a hardened standard, automate encrypted backups and updates, and monitor uptime — the same discipline a good in-house IT department brings, on a VPS instead of a US cloud.

What if I don't want to self-host everything?

You don't have to. Where a managed European option fits better, we'll say so — for example kSuite by Infomaniak (Swiss-hosted, now in five languages including Portuguese) as a sovereign Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace alternative. One sovereignty story, two delivery modes.

Where is it hosted?

On infrastructure you control — your own VPS with a European provider such as OVH, Infomaniak or Hetzner, or your own hardware. The point is that it's yours and within reach of European law, not a US hyperscaler's.

Can my team still sign in easily?

Yes. We put single sign-on (Authentik or Keycloak) across the whole stack, so your team has one secure login for everything we deploy.
