What does “managed services” actually cover?

Is this a break-fix helpdesk, or proactive?
Proactive. We monitor, patch and maintain before things break, rather than waiting for a ticket — and you still get a direct line when you need a change.
Do I have to move to Microsoft 365?
No. We work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and open-source or self-hosted tools, and recommend what genuinely fits your business and your independence — not what's easiest to resell.
How is my data kept private?
Privacy and sovereignty are defaults. We favour tools you control and European-hosted infrastructure, configure sensible security (MFA, backups, hardening), and keep your long-term independence in mind.
Can you support our existing setup without rebuilding it?
Usually, yes. We start by auditing and documenting what you have, fix the obvious gaps, then maintain it. A rebuild only happens if it's genuinely warranted.
